Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest without wearing a bra. Ensure the tape is comfortably relaxed and not tight.
Waist
Wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, keeping it parallel to the floor. Maintain a comfortable fit by allowing one finger to slide between your body and the tape.
Hips
Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and bottom, keeping it parallel to the floor for an accurate measurement.
