Refund policy

 

We want you to love your Sanori pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit.

We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible while maintaining the highest standards for quality and hygiene.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact.
Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear.

Skincare: Eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN OPTIONS

Exchanges
A prepaid return label is provided for a $5 fee (U.S. only).
Your exchange will be processed once your return is received and approved.

Store Credit
A prepaid return label is provided (U.S. only).
A $5 fee will be deducted from your issued store credit.
Store credit is valid for 12 months.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Canada & Mexico: Eligible for exchange or store credit; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All other countries: Returns are not accepted at this time.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Due to hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds on swimwear, resortwear, or activewear
  • Orders placed using store credit or exchanges are final sale
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders
  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale, or discounted 55% or more, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items returned to us will be refused.


PROCESSING

Once received and inspected, approved returns are processed within a few business days. You’ll be notified by email.


DEFECTS OR ORDER ISSUES

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sanori.com  within 5 days of delivery, including an image of the issue, and we will make it right.


SHIPPING

Sanori is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
