Shipping policy


Shipping within the United States

  • Free Express Shipping above $50: Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders below $50, a $2.99 shipping charge will apply for our regular 2-4 business days shipping option inside the US.
  • Processing Time: We aim to ship out packages within 2-4 business days. During our festive period, fulfillment and shipping delays may occur. Please contact us if you haven’t received shipping information after 6 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend. Orders placed during our weekend hours will be fulfilled the following business day.

Regular Shipping Outside the United States

  • Mexico and Canada: 3-7 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Brazil: 5-9 business days
  • Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and other countries: 7-12 business days

Express Shipping Outside the United States

  • Mexico and Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Europe: 4-5 business days

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Delivery time estimates are based on business days and are between metropolitan areas of major cities. The timeframes provided are not inclusive of any delays that may occur through customs processing, which are out of our control.
  • Any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from Sanori Swim are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.

Changing & Cancellation

  • If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee change or cancellation requests.
  • We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system, they are unable to be canceled. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our customer care team at info@sanoriswim.com.

Pre-Orders

  • Occasionally we will have items available for pre-order, to give you the opportunity to secure an item before it arrives. When purchasing pre-sale items, the full amount of the items purchased, including postage, will be deducted from your account. No further charges will be applied once the item has arrived and been shipped.
  • It generally takes between 2-5 weeks for pre-order stock to arrive to our warehouse, although these dates are mostly accurate, they can sometimes be subject to delays.
  • If you have placed an order that contains pre-sale and non-pre-sale items, they will be shipped at the same time.

Lost Package

  • If your package shows that it has been delivered at usps.com, dhl.com, ups.com, or fedex.com and you still haven’t received it, kindly coordinate with your local post office. If there's any way we can be of help, please reach out by sending us an email at info@sanoriswim.com.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if your order has been shipped to the correct address that you provided on your order or any shipping address that you confirmed. Customers agree that Sanori does not have any liability on the order once it's already been shipped. It will be in the position of the carrier, and it's the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier regarding the lost or stolen items.
  • Please note that mail theft is punishable by law and is a federal crime, a felony that could result in prison time, the loss of the right to vote or hold public office, and significant fines. The taking of items through fraud, deception, or embezzlement is included within the definition of the crime. Mail theft includes but is not limited to: Hiding or destroying mail also constitutes mail theft, as does the purchase, receipt, or possession of mail that one knows was stolen.
